Shipping cost

If you are unsure of the cost of shipping, simply add the products you are interested in and head to the checkout page.  Shipping costs will be calculated for you.  For many of our products like the monthly KaffeBox subscription, TastyBox subscription and Advent Calendar, shipping costs are included to most parts of the world.

When will my order arrive?

It depends on where you live and what your local postal system is like and which shipping method you chose, but general shipping times are:
Norway: 1-3 days
Europe: 2-10 days
World: 7-21 days

Do you ship to my country?

The answer is mostly likely yes.  We have have customers from over 50 countries and we ship to 99% of all countries.  

How to cancel my order

If you need to cancel an order, just send us a message and we can help you out.  If the order hasn’t been sent out yet, we can simply refund your payment.  If the order has been sent out, you’ll need to create a return once the item arrives.
