This bar is a top cuvée crafted with rare cacao varieties from five countries: Madagascar, São Tomé, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Belize. Each cacao is individually roasted, combining to create a harmonious yet exciting flavor profile. The intense aromas of speculoos, spices, and citrus fruits take center stage, with festive accents of spiced shortbread and almond marzipan. On the palate, notes of roasted biscuits, almonds, and cream give way to a burst of citrus—orange, lime, and grapefruit—finishing with subtle roasted and woody tones.
