Julia Zotter dedicated an entire summer with a cocoa farming family, working alongside them and absorbing invaluable knowledge about cocoa cultivation. She tirelessly worked from dawn till dusk in the heart of the rainforest, perfecting the fermentation process that unlocks the cocoa’s full aroma.
