The Weber Workshops Unibasket™ is a premium espresso portafilter basket engineered to enhance the consistency and quality of your extractions. It is crafted from a single, thick 1.2mm piece of Stainless 304 steel, which offers superior rigidity compared to standard baskets made from thinner metal. This design minimizes puck flexing during extraction, a key factor that can lead to channeling and uneven brewing. The Unibasket’s laser-ablated holes extend all the way to the wall edge, creating a true 58.5mm puck, which ensures even water flow and optimal extraction dynamics.
