Blanco means white, and Piura Blanco cocoa comprises a high percentage of white cocoa beans that give a mild flavor and a lighter color to the chocolate. Piura Blanco is an exceptional and coveted cocoa type with taste notes of citrus, baked fruit, nuts, and caramel.
Vigdis Rosenkilde directly purchased the cocoa from farmer Elias Cruz in Piura.
The packaging is made of textured recycled paper, and it provides insights into the processes from cocoa fruit to chocolate bar.
