Pros:
The precision seems to be quite on point and the measurement doesn’t change more than 0.1 grams if you move your object towards the edges or corners of the scale. This might (?) make this usable with various manual lever machines with limited area for scales. The silicon pad doesn’t slide around too much and you can quickly give it the silicon pad a rinse and dry. USB charging is super convenient.
Cons:
The beep is annoying as f$%k, but you can turn that off. The auto-tare + auto-timer functionality is a bit wonky and unreliable. I’ve had the timer stop randomly and the scale tare _while_ pouring. It’s also a subpar solution if you do multiple pours (i.e. bloom for 45s) as the timer just stops when you stop pouring. Even when I manually start the timer, it’s super sensitive and quite annoying. I’ve had it start/stop on its own when just moving the cup/brewer onto or off the scales or just move the scales around on my bench. Finally, the open USB-C port is a spot where water can get into the electronics. I’ve covered it up with a small piece of electrical tape. It would have been better with a small rubber gasket to protect the electronics.
TL;DR: Precise scales with USB-C charging, but annoyingly sensitive timer. Auto-tare + auto-timer functionality for pour overs is crap.

Great scale for pourovers and weighing coffee. The display is highly visible and makes it usable even in direct sunlight.
I have yet to befriend the auto-timer-functon, but for my daily use it’s an absolute champ.

This scale does exactly what it should do; it has an accurate and responsive weight and a timer that helps you brew your coffee.
I would like it to have a bit brighter display, but this is me nit picking.

Use: only pour-over or immersion, not espresso. Use it most with Hario Switch, but occasionally V-60 or Aeropress.
I bought this timer as a (half-) step up from the Hario, as my old Hario scale was starting to suddenly run wild while in use. I like the quicker response time, and have had no problems with the timer (re Knut Berg’s comments). Bought the white model as I was getting tired of all-black stuff, no difficulty seeing the readings from the timer or scale (but placement is not in direct sunlight). Have not tried the auto-tare or auto-timer, have not seen any use for it. Will follow Berg’s advice and tape over the USB port. My only tiny complaint is that I find the on/off switch difficult to find absent mindedly.
