These cacao nibs are made from whole cacao beans that are carefully slow roasted to preserve their natural flavor. After roasting, the beans are cracked into smaller pieces and the shell is removed. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, these nibs are perfect for baking, adding to smoothies, or enjoying on their own.
