Product details
With notes of toffee, almond, and sweet fruit, this drinking chocolate is made from cacao sourced from the Duarte province in the Dominican Republic, where Öko-Caribe partners with smallholder farmers. The freshly harvested cacao is brought to a central fermentation station within 4 to 6 hours, ensuring premium quality.
To prepare: Heat your preferred fluid to 90°C, add 1-2 heaped spoons of drinking chocolate per 100ml, whisk, and enjoy.

Cacao: Organic cacao from carefully selected origins. We ensure that the farmers get well paid for their cacao – we pay more than the commodity market price – so that the farmers can reinvest the money and develop their farms and local community.
Cane Sugar: Organic cane sugar from farms in South America that has been refined by Nordic Sugar in Arlöv, Sweden.
