The Peakabrew distributor aids in creating a smooth flat brew bed in your portafilter.
The distribution of coffee can have a large impact on the final result. If the coffee in the brew basket is not straight or level, water channels can quickly develop when brewing. An even brew bed will result in a balanced and even extraction.
To use:
Adjust by screwing the base up or down to fit the height of your basket.
Place the distributor on the freshly ground coffee
Twist and lift. The angled underside of the distributor ensure the coffee is polished and level.
Suitable for 58mm portafilters and all Rocket espresso machines
