This 100% cocoa powder is made from exceptional Trinitario cocoa beans grown organically in Madagascar’s lush Sambirano Valley. Grown on a historic 2000-hectare plantation first established in 1922, these beans trace their roots to Java,where the earliest cocoa trees arrived from the Bogor gardens. Over the decades, they’ve adapted beautifully to the warm, fertile soils of the Sambirano, developing a uniquely fruity character.

Crafted by Morin in the south of France, the beans are carefully roasted, ground, and pressed to extract this deeply flavoured, all-natural cocoa powder. Free from additives or artificial flavourings.

How to use it:
Stir 2 teaspoons into 200 ml of milk or water, bring to the boil, and sweeten to taste. Also perfect for baking or dusting over desserts.
