Every step of the chocolate-making process is meticulously carried out in small batches at Mellōw’s Copenhagen workshop. From sorting the beans to roasting, cracking, winnowing, grinding, conching, tempering, moulding, and wrapping, each bar is crafted with care and precision, ensuring a high-quality, artisanal chocolate experience.
