Two types of holes to help brew quality coffee
There are holes of two different sizes on the Drip-Assist. The holes help regulate the pouring speed and help ensure channels do not form from pouring speed.
No need for a gooseneck kettle
Becuase the pouring speed and flow can be regulated with the Drip Assist, a gooseneck kettle is not critical for a great brew. Perfect for camping or a trip to the cabin, where you don’t have access to all your regular equipment.
Water flows into the central section when the other ring is full
If you pour into much water in the outer rings, it will flow into the central section. You can use this function to help measure your recipe.
