Fjåk has crafted a chocolate using the Trio Reserve Microlot cocoa beans from the 2020 harvest, found in the Maya Mountain North Forest Reserve in the heart of Toledo’s jungle. These exceptional beans, provided by Uncommon Cacao, captured their hearts with their stunning quality. Maya Mountain Cacao’s expert fermentation process brings out deep flavors of raisins, apricot, and rum in these beans. This exquisite chocolate is available in a limited edition of 1000 bars.
