The low-clumping design reduces clumping during the grinding process, ensuring even distribution of the grounds from the chute.

Consistent Grind Adjustment and Maintenance

The innovative design of the top and bottom burr holders maintains a constant and uniform distance between the burrs during use, resulting in a more consistent particle size distribution. The grind adjustment is made by altering the position of the bottom burr, allowing the grinder to be disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled without changing the grind setting. This design also simplifies the cleaning process compared to the Giota DF64, as cleaning only requires removing two bolts with a metric Allen key rather than repeatedly turning a collar.
