Cafec Tsubame Pro Pouring Kettle
Product details
The essence of hand-drip brewing lies in the slow and delicate pour, creating a thin and controlled stream of water.
Many people believe that hand-dripping is challenging because they lack professional skills. In response, we decided to create a drip pot that facilitates a thin water flow. That’s all it takes! It’s easy! This led to the development of the “Tsubame Pro” from a unique perspective.
Each Tsubame Pro is meticulously handcrafted in Tsubame city, Niigata, renowned for its high-quality stainless steel manufacturing. The production of the ultra-thin 6.0mm spout, previously considered difficult to manufacture, became possible through the craftsmanship of Tsubame.
Thanks to the slender spout, pouring water precisely becomes effortless. Moreover, the sharp top edge of the spout ensures excellent water control.
The Tsubame Pro is the epitome of perfection achieved through world-leading craftsmanship. With this remarkable brewing tool, anyone can become a hand-drip professional in no time!

Zoltan Trollzaj –
I have been hesitating for months between the Hario Buono, the Fellow Stagg and the Tsubame Pro… I did not regret buying the latter, although -I know – it doesn’t boil itself. But: this is the endgame kettle for consistent pour over… It gives you a steady laminar flow rate even around 2 ml / second (I did manage a steady 0,8 ml / sec unbroken pour with it!) The strong turbulent – circular pour inclination also does not exceed 6-8 ml / sec, and the water jet is brilliantly smooth!) But not just the pour consistency (thanks to the narrow diamater of the gooseneck), but its thermal stability is unbeleievable too. If you fill it with boiling water it will give you a perfect 96 degree water within the total mass, which does NOT drop under 90 degrees in the next 10 minutes! You can easilty insert an analogue or digital thermotoer in the tiny hole of the cap; this helps also to balance the kettle with your thumb during pour. I just need a dedicated small induction cooker under the Tsubame, to turni it fulli independent, but the camping gas stove is perfect as welll… The Japanese handmade steel body is extremely hard, sturdy, but vergy shiny, with excellent manufacturing quality…. This is Ultimate Pour Over Kettle!
