Like the medium roast Cafec filter paper, this paper also has the “Two-Side Crepe”, but the height of crepe is lower. The surface area is a little larger than that of Cafec light roast filter paper, that is, the adhesion area for fine powder is also larger. Because adhesion of small particles does not happen right away while brewing, flow is consistent and smooth. During the last half of the brew, small particles will start to restrict flow. The first fast, then slow water flow finish up the coffee with body and sweetness.
