PAL-COFFEE refractometer, created specifically for measuring coffee with a high resolution of 0.01%. With a 0.01 resolution, the subtle difference in brew concentration in filter or espresso coffee can be measured. Stable readings are possible even with high-temperature, fresh brew due to the continuous measurement feature.
Available in two models.
TDS – measures only TDS (total desolved solids)
TDS & Brix – measures TDS (total desolved solids) & Brix (amount of sugars in the coffee)
