We want more people to drink good coffee.

We try to accomplish the above through craftsmanship, transparency and participaton. This is how we try to contribute to an even better coffee culture.

We are a specialty coffee roastery locally based in a cultural environment, in the heart of Gothenburg. We have an open production area where everyone is invited to watch the process behind the coffee you drink. We buy our coffee from producers who care not only about the quality of the coffee, but also the farm itself and their employees. When the coffee is delivered to our roastery, we roast it in our environmentally friendly roaster, where we have the best oppotunities to do it justice. All for a better coffee culture. 

We roast our coffee in a 35 kilo Loring Smart Roast, an environmentally friendly roaster that produces incredibly clean coffee.

All the coffee we source, falls within the category of Speciality coffee – which is a traceable, high quality and well selected green bean with a minimal of defects — roasted with craftsmanship to reach its full flavor potential.

We are located on Magasinsgatan 17A in Gothenburg – welcome in for a visit. Located in the same venue is our bakery and one of our cafés
