Inspired by the charm of the location, they turned the school into a small chocolate factory, pioneering the craft of bean-to-bar chocolate in Sweden. With a passion for quality, Ulrika and Fredrik personally travel the world to handpick the finest cocoa beans, ensuring sustainability, fair pricing, and extraordinary flavors. Every bar is made from scratch in their Österlen factory, combining artisanal skill with a deep commitment to transparency.

Their chocolates, recognized in international competitions, are now sold in prestigious stores like Isetan in Tokyo, Lafayette in Paris, and KaDeWe in Berlin, reaching 15 countries and various top-tier retailers.
