We emphasize preserving the unique taste of each cocoa bean, allowing the chocolate to take you on a sensory journey to the origin of the cocoa. We only purchase cocoa from plantations where we know the workers are treated well and the farmers are paid above the normal market price.

It all began with 2kg of cocoa beans brought back in our luggage after a trip to Madagascar, and the curiosity of how to turn them into a chocolate bar! After much trial and error, what you now hold in your hand is the result: Handmade chocolate, crafted from quality ingredients. We hope you enjoy it.
