Chocolate Makers began their journey ten years ago when two passionate sustainability advocates left their careers to create chocolate with a mission. Since 2019, they have been crafting mouth-watering chocolate in their carbon-neutral factory at the Amsterdam Cocoa Port, using cocoa transported by the wind-powered sailing ship Tres Hombres. Each bar goes beyond the usual fairtrade and organic certifications, representing their commitment to making a positive impact; from fighting deforestation in Peru to protecting gorillas in Congo and Brazil.
