This Pure Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt is crafted from exquisite cacao beans grown on our own farms in the Alto Huayabamba Valley, Peru, and perfected by one of Switzerland’s finest chocolatiers.

The result is a harmonious blend where intense cocoa flavors are beautifully enhanced by the delicate, floral notes of Guérande sea salt.

Ingredients: The chocolate with sea salt is made from cacao mass* from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following additional ingredients:

First, we use raw cane sugar from Paraguay*
Second, we add cacao butter* (from the Dominican Republic)
Third is the sea salt from Guérande in France* – a total of 0.6%

This bar of chocolate contains at least 71% cocoa.
