frame, made of polycarbonate, ensures durability and lightness. It comes with two types of portafilters – the Flow-Control and Bottomless 2-in-1, allowing each home barista to brew according to their preference.

• Flow-Control Portafilter: This is an excellent choice for those new to espresso brewing. It has a restricted exit port, which automatically builds the necessary pressure for espresso extraction. There’s no need for dial-in, making the brewing process straightforward.
• Bottomless 2-in-1 Portafilter: This is ideal for those who wish to have more control over their extraction. It requires a high-quality burr grinder capable of espresso grinding, allowing home baristas to manage the variables of each shot and ensure their espresso meets their precise standards.

The package also includes a dosing cup, funnel, and preheat cap. Please note that the NEO Flex is not compatible with the pressure gauge kit.
