The Hario W60 is an extremely versatile brewer than can be used to brew using three different methods.  The brewer can be used like a regular Hario V60 with a paper filter.  Used with the included wire mesh filter, or used with a combination of wire mesh and filter paper.  Each brewing technique creates a different flavor profile and gives endless possibilities for brewing exploration.
