We where asked by a guy called Andre Krueger, more known on instagram as bosch to contribute to a cupping in the berlin coffee festival. He had choosen 5 of what he considerd the best roasteries in Europe. Around 200 people showed up and the cupping started. It was not a competition, but we got a lot of people coming to us afterwards and told us that the Gatubu was the best on the table, and the best coffee they have ever tasted. And these are coffee people. So by many people it was the coffee that stood out the most. We are so proud of this coffee, and really hope you like it too.

Jacu Coffee Roastery

Jacu Coffee Roastery is serious about the ethics of our trade. To ensure that coffee farmers and workers receive proper pay, we prefer to keep contact with and buy directly from farmers, or highly trusted distributors.  Jacu Coffee Roastery was established in 2011. Like the jacu bird, we pick and roast only the best beans. We look for great plantations, optimal processing, and the roasting profiles which will make the most out of each bean.
